If it’s cozy adequate, it is possible to sleep in an air lounger. I have napped on just one loads of times and cherished it.  Additionally, it should be sturdy as well as convenient to use. Nevelers advertises their inflatable lounge chair as easy to inflate without pump! That’s some thing an air couch can’t compete with. Phillip Anderson
